How do I return my package?
You may return your item(s) for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Please follow these steps to make a return:

Include your name, surname, order number, product name(s), detailed photos, and a short description of your return reason. - 
Our team will review your request and provide the most suitable solution.
If your request is approved, we’ll send you the return address or a return label, depending on your case. - 
If the return is due to our error or product defect, you do not need to return the item.
To save time for both sides, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund as requested. - 
If the return is not related to product quality, once approved, please print the return label we send you, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your nearest local post office.
All shipping costs will be at your expense, and our Customer Care Team will assist you in choosing the most cost-effective method. 
*Items must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.
*Items must be shipped within 5 days at the latest after the return label is created.
*For all return requests, the product must be photographed from several angles and attached to the return request e-mail. Click here to see example image.
Do I have to pay for shipping when I make a return?
To ensure a seamless and worry-free shopping experience, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days for any item that does not meet our quality standards or was received in error.
All return shipping costs for such cases will be fully covered by us, reflecting our ongoing dedication to exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
How long do I have to return an item?
We have a 30-day return policy. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item to us for a full refund or exchange.
Can I exchange an item?
We are happy to help you with an exchange if there is a problem with the product you received. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will gladly exchange it for you.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate the return process, please refer to our "How do I return my package?" section and follow the instructions carefully.
Please note that you'll need to add a photo of the product to demonstrate the issue you're experiencing. Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we'll process your return promptly.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
We understand the anticipation that comes with waiting for a refund. As such, we assure you that we issue your refund on the day the returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse. It may take between 1-7 business days for the refund transaction to appear in your bank account, subject to your banking firm's policies.
Please note that all refunds will be credited to your original method of payment only.
7. Do you return the shipping charge?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, contact us within 30-day of receiving your order, and we'll cover the full cost of return shipping, while offering a replacement or refund as needed.
8. What if my package is lost or stolen?
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please rest assured that we will thoroughly investigate the matter with our shipping partners.
If the loss is confirmed to have occurred before successful delivery, we will take full responsibility and arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund at no cost to you.
However, if the tracking system indicates that your order has been delivered, and the courier has provided delivery confirmation or photographic proof, we kindly ask that you:

Check your surrounding area, mailbox, or front porch.

Review your home security cameras, if applicable.
 - 
Inquire with family members, neighbors, or building staff who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
 
Please note that once the package has been confirmed as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss, theft, or misplacement.
